Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cuci2 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the cuci2 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cuci2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. cuci2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered.

Account Creation & User Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at cuci2. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information discovered by cuci2 may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately. cuci2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cuci2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account by another party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

Users agree to use the cuci2 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate the system or games.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using the cuci2 platform.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
  • Interfering with, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems.
  • Using another user's information without authorisation or for unauthorised purposes.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of credit balances associated with the breach, and legal action where necessary.

Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the cuci2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.

Cuci2 supports local Malaysian payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and various online banking platforms. Deposit processing times vary depending on the chosen method, typically ranging from a few minutes to eight business hours.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification and fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements. cuci2 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for investigative purposes should any suspicious activity be detected. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.

All confirmed transactions are final. cuci2 is not responsible for transaction delays or failures caused by issues on the part of the user's bank or a third-party payment provider.

Liability Limits & Account Management Policy

Cuci2 provides its services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. The platform may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance or system upgrades.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, cuci2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities.

With regard to account management, cuci2 reserves the right to:

  • Account suspension temporarily during an investigation into suspicious activity or at the request of the relevant authorities.
  • Account closure permanently where a breach of terms, fraud, or platform abuse has been established.
  • Credit balance forfeiture linked to confirmed fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
  • Access restriction to users from certain regions based on applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim compensation for any balances forfeited in connection with that breach.
